We are committed to the Islamic principle of amanah (trustworthiness). Your prayers are sacred. We treat all data you share with us accordingly.

We do not collect payment information, government IDs, biometric data, or any other sensitive personal data. We do not require account registration to use the platform.
Submitted du'as are displayed publicly on the prayer wall and globe for 24 hours, then permanently deleted from our systems. We do not archive, analyse, or use du'a content for any other purpose.
If you provide your email, we use it solely to send you a notification when your du'a receives Ameen responses. We send no marketing emails, newsletters, or promotional content. You can request deletion of your email at any time.
IP addresses and browser data are processed to prevent abuse (spam, bots) and to ensure platform security. They are stored in server logs for a maximum of 30 days, then automatically deleted.
We use anonymised, privacy-first analytics (no cross-site tracking, no fingerprinting) to understand aggregate usage patterns — for example, how many du'as are submitted per day. This data contains no personally identifiable information.
